From practice, not a pitch deck.
Scale grew out of years of hands-on e-commerce experience: building our own stores, selling at home and internationally, importing goods, running campaigns and all the little things nobody mentions until they break.
Every project came with the same questions. Who builds my webshop? Who runs the ads? What even is fiscalization and do I need it? Who ships the parcels when I'm not home? Who handles the paperwork at month end?
Instead of drawing the same map for everyone, we built it into a service.
That's how Scale was born — an operational partner who walks that maze for you. Not because it's a novel idea, but because it's surprisingly rare in the Croatian market: web development, marketing, logistics and accounting are almost always sold separately, leaving the entrepreneur to connect them alone.
Our mission is simple: give micro and small businesses the infrastructure the big players have — without an internal digital department and without becoming experts in everything.

Advice is cheap; execution is what's missing. We don't send slide decks with recommendations and a list of things you ought to do. We roll up our sleeves, set up the system and show the numbers. We don't "Here's the strategy, good luck implementing it." We do We set it up, connect it, launch it — then measure.
02Transparency down to the last euro
You sign partner contracts directly and pay their price — no markup from us in the middle. We charge only for our own work, and scope and price are agreed before anything starts. Trust is built with arithmetic, not promises. We don't work for hidden commission on other people's services. We do direct contracts and a price agreed upfront.
03Technology with a purpose
We use AI and automation where they save your time and money. not because they sound good in a proposal. If a tool doesn't shorten the work or sharpen a decision, it doesn't make it into the project. We don't Adopt a tool because it's new and shiny. We do Adopt a tool because it gives you hours back weekly.
