How do the contracts work?
Do I pay partners through you?
No. You sign directly with each partner and pay their price, no markup from us in the middle. We only charge for our own work.
What exactly do you do around partners?
We introduce you, set up the technical integrations (webshop ↔ fulfilment ↔ bookkeeping) and make sure it all runs as one system. When something changes on one side, we reconcile it everywhere else.
Who do I call when something breaks?
Us, not five different numbers. We know who to reach and fix it while you do your job.
Why aren't partner names listed here?
