Is the advertising budget included in the price?

No. The monthly fee covers Scale's work on setting up, managing and optimizing campaigns. Advertising spend on Meta, Google or TikTok is paid directly to the platform, and the client determines the budget.

Can I change my package during our collaboration?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your package, with the change taking effect from the following month.

What if I need more campaigns in a particular month?

You do not need to change your package. Each campaign beyond the number included in your package is charged at €50, with prior notice before the campaign is launched.

Why does the Start package include only one channel?

With smaller budgets, focusing on one channel allows for better optimization and enough data to make informed decisions. As traffic grows, the Grow package enables expansion to additional channels.

Do I need to already have an online store for you to manage my marketing?

Yes, for these marketing packages. The packages assume that an online store is already in place. If your store still needs to be built, development comes first and the marketing package begins after launch.

Is the ad budget included in the price?

No. The monthly fee is the price of our work — setting up, running and optimising campaigns. The budget you spend on Meta, Google or TikTok goes directly to the platform and you set it. That way you always know what goes to us and what goes into ads.

Can I change package later?

Yes, in both directions. Most clients start with Start or Grow and move up once campaigns start returning. The change applies from the following month.

Why does Start have only one channel?

Because doing one channel properly beats doing two superficially. On smaller budgets, spreading across platforms usually means none of them gets enough data to optimise. Once volume grows, Grow opens up the rest.

Do I need an existing webshop for you to run marketing?

For these packages, yes — they assume there's a store to send traffic to. If you're still building it, we start with the webshop build and the marketing package kicks in at launch.
